FLOWY DRESSES

I love the style, the patterns and just the dress in a whole. I am just awestruck by dresses exactly this style. Short from the front and long from the back. It's just elegance with a little twist. I love it when dresses show your legs but looks elegant as well.

This is a blue butterfly print high-low dress made by Irina Shabayeva in her 2011 spring collection.

Selena Gomez wore the same dress in the People's Choice Awards 2011. This dress is perfect for her. She topped it off with nude red bottoms.

This dress should best be worn during the spring time in a ceremony or prom. It's best to wear a different color shoe with the dress so your feet don't sink in with the dress. For a flowy dress like this it's best to tie your hair in a messy bun with volume or nice big waves. Straight hair won't work well with these types of dresses.

Floral blouses

Floral blouses are something that I adore very much. My preference is the big prints instead of the small repeated patterns of flowers. It's just something warm to look at instead of distracting. Wearing floral blouses with a dark background will just sink the pattern of the flowers. If you want your blouse to be noticeable, get a lighter background with darker flowers.

I snatched this from pixiemarket. It's a pink floral print blouse with a nun shape collar and with a tie band. It's simply a perfect example of a good floral blouse. It's flows yet secures and the back tie just puts an appropriate edge to it. The print is the right size for it: not to small or big. Background colors around this range of lightness is appropriate.

Floral blouses are best worn with black tights or even an 80's flare. Black goes with anything. I'm not hyped with the type of shorts the model wore. It just makes the viewers look at the shorts instead of the fabulous blouse. If shorts, wear something tight or puffy but secured at the bottom.
